Rentals at Awen

Book Fayre

Awen, the home of Bookstacks and a popular visitors spot for readers, has just opened a new outdoor exhibition space aimed at authors and publishers. Stalls will be free until the end of August. Anyone interested in promoting their works should contact Simeon Beresford or Simeon Bookmite who will be happy to allocate a stall to them.

Property Rentals

We currently have several carefully built,  landscaped plots to rent in Awen. Most are 1024m, but we are happy to rent larger or smaller areas with or without builds. Additional prims are available if needed. Awen has excellent public facilities that renters can book freely whenever they wish. Check with Simeon Beresford or Simeon Bookmite for more information.
